Our team manages reservations, guest arrivals, housekeeping and on-site hospitality under the applicable management agreement, so unit holders do not run day-to-day stays.

Financing is optional. With a credit score of 680+, you may qualify for a loan, subject to the provider's full eligibility review and approval. We can discuss that path after you register.

Before we speak
Is Cabo Real already operating?
Yes. The presentation distinguishes the guest destination operating today from the new units planned for the expansion.
What does the scheduled total include?
The 99-year land-use price, dome construction, the 7.49% fee and $12,000 for furniture and accessories. Any personal financing costs are separate.
How do the payment routes work?
Choose 70% of land use plus dome at signing and 30% at delivery, or 100% of land use plus dome at signing. The 7.49% fee is paid at signing. Furniture and accessories are paid three months before operation. The 70/30 route has no monthly installments.
Do I need financing?
No. You may use your own funds or explore financing through a third party. Any loan application and terms are assessed by the provider.
When is the $3,000 reservation discussed?
After the presentation and your first Zoom. If you wish to advance, our team explains the written reservation terms before any payment.
